Our PTA is stronger with more members. Join today!

Why join PTA? Stay informed. Stay connected. Advocate for your student. Advocate for Education. Volunteer (although it’s not required!). Meet other parents and make new friends.

Heatherwood PTA’s goal is 100% membership, meaning every student is covered by a paid PTA member. With our active and supportive members, we look forward to an amazing school year!

Why join the PTA?
The PTA works to make every child’s potential a reality by engaging and empowering families and communities to advocate for all children. By joining, you gain the opportunity to meet and stay connected with our school’s community, show our children that you believe in their school and their education, and provide a voice and a vote for our children at the State and National PTA levels, where PTA leaders advocate for legislation that supports our students in many ways. Our PTA typically meets once a month for either a general membership meeting or a board meeting. Our meeting dates are on our calendar. During most meetings you will hear from our school’s principal or our assistant principal, who provide school updates and answer any questions you may have.

Members also receive our Heatherwood PTA weekly newsletter as well as discounts from many local and national retailers.
