This year the district has started a new program for middle schools regarding fitness called FuelUptoPlay60.  The program will be starting in December and hopes to get as many students and teachers involved.  The program is twofold.  First, it is to encourage students to eat breakfast every day, either at home or at school, and secondly to promote 60 minutes of activity every day.  The Dairy Council and the NFL sponsor this.  The first event will be a free hot chocolate morning on Wednesday December 6th before school starts.  There will be hot chocolate for everyone!  The school is encouraging students and parents to sign up to the Fueluptoplay60 website and record their activity each day.  The idea is to try to get 60 minutes of activity a day.  If you have any questions contact
